REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
RETURNS ARE STRICTLY IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDITS.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Only full-priced products are eligible for return.

Return Requests will take 24 - 48 hours to be approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping fee is borne by customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will strictly not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@bubbly.com.sg if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please email with the following details:
- A copy of your order
- Clear pictures of incorrect/ defective/ damaged product
We will access and examine before notifying you if a return of the physical product is needed.
If the correct product is unavailable, store credit will be issued within 5 working days upon approval.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on all sales or promotion products.
Exchanges
We regret to inform you that we do not offer any exchange of designs / sizes.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Bubbly reserves the right to reject the return product if any / the above criteria is unfulfilled. .If approved, you’ll be automatically credited in terms of store credits equivalent to your purchase price ( not inclusive of delivery fee) within 5 working days upon approval.
