Thank you for shopping at Bubbly. We aim to dispatch your orders quickly. Please read our shipping policy for details on delivery options, timeframes and fees.

Local Shipping (Within Singapore)
Standard Delivery
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
- Shipping Fee: SGD 5 (Free for orders over SGD 80)
- Courier Partners: Singapore Post Express
- Available for orders placed before 9pm, Monday to Friday
Express Delivery
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business day
- Shipping Fee: SGD 6.50
- Available for orders placed before 11pm, Monday to Friday
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please email us at hello@bubbly.com.sg within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or incorrect address information.
Change of Shipping Address
- If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- We cannot guarantee address changes after your order has been processed.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
- Additional shipping fees may apply.
